Alexandra Pimentelli won third place at the 2026 Undergraduate Competition Celebrating UCLA World Languages Day.
The winners are:
1st: Chinese-American Linguistic Identity in Los Angeles, by Chloe Sun
2nd: All the Voices We Learn to Carry, by Noelle Zepeda
3rd: My Heritage Journey at UCLA, by Alexandra Pimentelli
The Humanities Division will provide gift cards to the winners and will display their infographics digitally on the Center for World Languages website and physically at the Fifth International Conference on Heritage/Community Languages.
